Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if a product arrives defective.

How to request a return

• Record an unboxing video when you open your parcel.
• Within 7 days of delivery, send the video to us on WhatsApp (+91 98910 17617) with your order number.
• Once we have checked your video, we will reply with the next steps.

Products that are not defective cannot be returned.
